Know These Records that Made Djokovic The Most Versatile Tennis Star Of All-time!

Born in the era of two of the greatest tennis players in history, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic is the first Serbian tennis player to achieve similar popularity and success. Tennis is played mainly on three surfaces; Hard courts, Clay courts, and Grass courts, and most players have a specific preferred surface on which they feel most comfortable playing. Take Rafael Nadal, who has won 14 of his 12 Grand Slams on red clay courts. Nadal is as comfortable on clay courts as he is on hard courts or grass courts, and Roger Federer is the exact opposite. Federer won 19 of his 20 Grand Slams on grass and hard courts, but only 1 Grand Slam on clay court. This is where Djokovic is the exception. He is equally comfortable on all three surfaces, not on any specific surface like Nadal or Federer. As evidence, of his 31 Masters titles, 23 won on hard courts, and the remaining eight on clay courts (Monte Carlo 2, Madrid Open 2, and Italian Open 4). Most wins 6 times at Miami, followed by 5 times at Indian Wells, besides, he won 4 times in Rome, Canada, and Paris. Won 3 times in Shanghai, and 2 times in Rome and Monte Carlo. Djokovic also won the year-end ATP Tour Finals 5 times, the second most after Roger Federer. From 2012 to 2015, he won 4 times in a row, which is a feat that no one else has. One (1) Davis Cup in 2010, and two (2) Hopman Cups in 2008, and 2013, are also some of the greatest achievements of Novak Djokovic in international Tennis and will be remembered by fans worldwide. Moreover, winning a bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics for Serbia added another feat in his Career.
